Andriy Stetsenko, the former CEO of Dnipro, suggested that the club could be revived in the future.

Andriy Stetsenko

- Are you and Ihor Valeriyovych in touch now?

- How is that possible? Do you know where he is? That's impossible. To answer briefly, no, I do not communicate.

- Does Dnipro still exist legally?

- Yes, nothing has changed over the past few years. But the legal entity Dnipro has nothing to do with football anymore, the club is dead. The legal entity exists as a regular Ukrainian company, though it has nothing to do with football.

- Why does Dnipro exist?

- Just in case. Maybe we will survive the war and come up with something to revive it. But this is my personal opinion and not an insight. If the club's management does not raise the question of the complete closure of the club (legal entity), then they have a certain vision. But I don't know what it is. They don't close it, so we exist.
