"Girona has signed Sparta Prague midfielder Ladislav Krejci, the club's official website reports.

Krejci has played most of his career as a supporting and central midfielder, but in recent years he has been playing in the center of defense.
Last season, Krejci played 35 matches for Sparta, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists.
