Former Dynamo head coach Jozsef Szabo expressed his opinion on the players of the Ukrainian national team for Euro 2024.

Zabarnyi is a great defender and rightfully takes his place in the team. Stepanenko - yes, he is old, but he always insures in the middle line, works in the selection. This is a workforce that should not be forgotten. Mudryk is a player who plays for Chelsea and should play for the national team. Dovbyk is a "sniper" who scores a lot. Zinchenko is a very technical guy, he knows how to pass the ball, play the game, but sometimes he is not fully understood. Yarmolenko, of course, is old, but he can still prove himself," Sabo told DW.
