The UEFA Disciplinary Committee fined the Serbian Football Union, informs the official website of the organization.

It is reported that during the match of the 1st round of Euro 2024 between the national teams of Serbia and England, Serbian fans hung the flag of Russia on the stand. They also threw various objects on the lawn.

UEFA made the following decision after the meeting: accused the Serbian Football Union of throwing objects by fans and "spreading provocative messages that do not relate to the sporting event".

It is known that SPS will have to pay UEFA quite a significant amount of fine - 14.5 thousand euros.
