Last Sunday, the program of the Ukrainian national team for Euro 2024 included a theoretical session before lunch and an evening training session.
All 26 players of the team took part in the evening work on the field. The guys jogged together and did warm-up exercises, after which they held the ball in squares.
In the main part of the training, the team worked in different groups and formations, fulfilling the tasks of the coaching staff. Traditionally, they practiced both defense and offense, and they also practiced finishing with shots on goal. At the end of the session, the players performed physical exercises to restore their muscles.
