Antonio Rüdiger's participation in the first Euro 2024 playoff match is in doubt

According to Bild, his participation in the 1/8 finals match against Denmark is currently in doubt. The German team's medical staff is doing everything possible to get Rüdiger ready for the game. He is expected to return to training by the end of the week.

In addition, another central defender, Jonathan Ta, will miss the first playoff match due to too many yellow cards. It is likely that Nico Schlotterbeck will start instead. If Rüdiger also misses the game, he will be replaced by Waldemar Anton or Robin Koch.
