The club announced on its official pages that the Spanish footballer had signed a two-year contract.
"I told the club about my decision many months ago. Since then, I have had my doubts, but I am satisfied with what we have achieved. I no longer have anything to win with Real Madrid," said the 34-year-old.
Last season, Al Qadisiyah won the Saudi Arabian second division and made it to the elite of local football for the first time.
