Yesterday, June 30, was the match of the 1/8 finals of Euro 2024, in which the national team of England met with Slovakia.

The match, which ended with Gareth Southgate's team winning in extra time, was also remembered for several scandalous episodes. One of them was a vulgar gesture of England's leader Jude Bellingham towards the Slovakian bench after he managed to equalize the score already in extra time for the second half.

Interestingly, Bellingham himself later commented on the moment as follows: "An inward joking gesture toward close friends who were at the game. Nothing but respect for the way the Slovakian national team played today."
