The importance of the profession of journalist is hard to overestimate. Sports journalists also play a significant role in our society, as sport has long been an integral part of the lives of many people who are increasingly paying attention to a healthy lifestyle and health. It is thanks to you that readers and viewers learn about the most important events in the world of sports and football in particular.
As you know, sport brings people together. This is especially important in our difficult times, when Ukraine is fighting the Russian invasion. Journalists communicate truth, truth, and fight disinformation to the public with their words, and help keep the world's attention on Ukraine at international venues, during European and global competitions.
In addition, many sports journalists are fighting for the independence and freedom of our country on the battlefield as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They deserve special honor and respect for their courage and heroism. We believe that the time will come when battles and battles will be fought only on sports grounds, not on the battlefield.
On the day of your professional holiday, I wish you success in your work, inspiration, creative inspiration, realization of all your plans, interesting interlocutors and vivid reports.
