Bushchan returned to Dynamo's location and held his first training session after Euro 2024

Dynamo Kyiv continues preparations for the new season at the club's base in Vita-Litovska.

On Thursday, the White and Blues held a regular training session. It began with work in the fitness room, where the Dynamo players performed a set of stretching exercises and strengthened their stabilizer muscles.

Then the main part of the training began on the football field. After the warm-up, the players worked on the quality of their passes. A large part of the session was devoted to exercises on holding the ball in a limited space.

The ball games were alternated with running work, which is difficult, especially in the July Kyiv heat, but during this period of preparation it is extremely important for laying the foundation of physical conditions for the whole season.

At the end of the training session, the field players competed in a game of four small goals. The goalkeepers performed special exercises at this time.

Together with his new teammates, the newcomer of the White and Blues Valentyn Rubchynskyi joined the training. Georgiy Bushchan was the first player of the national team of Ukraine, participants of Euro 2024, to start preparing for the season. Vitaliy Kulyba, the physical training coach of Dynamo and the national team, also returned to the club's location.

Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's team has been training at home for almost two weeks. But on Sunday, the White and Blues will leave for a training camp in Austria, where they will prepare for the opening matches of the season.
