English club Brighton has officially announced the transfer of Feyenoord midfielder Mats Wieffer, the Seagulls' press service reports.
Mats WiefferAccording to the source, Max Wieffer's contract with Brighton is valid until the summer of 2029. According to media reports, Brighton paid €30 million for the midfielder's transfer.
"We are delighted to welcome Mats to the club. We have long admired the qualities of this player. He has a lot of experience in the Champions League and Eredivisie, and he has developed into one of the best holding midfielders in Europe," said Seagulls technical director David Weir.
