Famous journalist Igor Linnik offered a variant of solving the issue with the mobilization of soccer players.
"As a gratuitous intellectual humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian Football Association, as well as in order to stabilize intra-national soccer competitions....
...new provision of the regulations of the competition in the season blah/blah-fa/fa/fa.
- a club delegating at least one player to the national team of Ukraine, has the right to temporarily book the rest of its players, who are included in the application list of this club for the season;
- the club delegating at least one player to the youth national team of Ukraine has the right to temporarily book half of its players included in the application list of this club for the season;
- the list of players of the national and youth national teams of Ukraine is approved/updated monthly/quarterly by the UAF Executive Committee upon submission of the UAF National Teams Committee in the amount of 25+25 players (blah/blah-fa/fa/fa) and registered in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
Thus, almost all smart participants of the UPL and PFL are interested in a certain correction of their transfer policy (acquisition of at least one or two especially gifted players) and development of their playing qualities on a permanent basis (if the national team falls out of the list, the club loses the right to the reservation).
Further this topic can be developed by any participant of professional soccer competitions," Linnyk wrote on his Facebook page.
