Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola is one of the candidates for the position of England national team coach.

To do this, the organization's leaders are even ready to appoint an interim manager to the national team to wait for Guardiola's cooperation with Manchester City to end at the end of the 2024/2025 season.
The only caveat is that the Spanish coach may agree not to extend his agreement with City in just one year, while the 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign starts in March 2025.
Earlier, there was also information that Thomas Tuchel could lead the England national team.
