On Wednesday, July 17, Dynamo Kyiv played another control match at the off-season training camp held in Austria. The opponent of Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's team was Mamelodi Sundowns from South Africa.

"Dynamo" tried to impose their game on the opponent from the first minutes, but "Mamelodi Sundowns" skillfully used high pressing, which leveled the starting onslaught of Kyiv team. Moreover, in the 9th minute of the game, as a result of the African team's counterattack, Nesheret had to leave the gate and play in the podcast with his legs near the 11-meter mark.
And then Dynamo missed two scoring chances. On the 11th minute of the match Yarmolenko finished the attack of his team with a shot from the corner of the goalkeeper's box, but the goalkeeper of Mamelodi Sundowns managed to kick the ball away. Eight minutes later, the same Yarmolenko received a pass on the right side of the penalty area from Voloshin and shot into the far corner - near the bar.
"Mamelodi Sundowns responded to it with a free kick, after which the ball hit the crossbar of Dynamo's goal.
On the 26th minute of the match the score was opened. Voloshin after a pass from Yarmolenko broke through on the right flank, shot into the penalty area, where Diallo on the goalkeeper's line with a touch crossed the ball into the net - 1:0.
After conceding, Mamelodi Sundowns turned the tide of the game, moved it to Dynamo's half of the field and held the advantage until the half-time whistle. However, only once had a chance to equalize the score: on the 31st minute of the game, Nescheret played uncertainly, but still covered the ball with the second touch.
After the break Mamelodi Sundowns looked more active, but in general the game became viscous, and the sharpness was completely absent. The first real goal of the second half occurred only in the 76th minute of the match, when after a one-on-one with Morgun the ball hit the bar of Dynamo's goal. As a result, the match ended with a minimal victory of Dynamo with the score 1:0.
We would like to add that Dynamo will play their next and final sparring at the training camp in Austria tomorrow, on July 18. This time the opponent of Kyiv team will be Berlin "Union".
