As previously reported, Dnipro-1 sent a letter to the General Assembly of the UPL, in which it notified about its withdrawal from the Ukrainian championship.

As for the question about the replacement of Dnipro-1, in this case the organizers will be guided by the article of the Regulations 10.5: "In case of circumstances unforeseen by these regulations, the decision on the composition of the UPL participants is made by the UAF Executive Committee on the basis of the UPL proposals".
The UAF Executive Committee will consider three proposals from the UPL.
The priority is the option, according to which the organizers will propose to hold a mini-tournament between "Minaj", "Metalist 1925" (both clubs were relegated from the UPL last season), "Leviy Bereg" and "Epicenter" (both clubs failed to make the playoffs for the right to play in the UPL last season in the first league). PFL management has already polled these clubs and three of the four ("Metalist 1925", "Left Bereg", "Epicenter" are in favor, but "Minai" is against).
Other options: it's a knockout match between "Metalist 1925" and "Minay", as well as the exit of "Minay" in the UPL.
