Theinformation about the agreement between Dynamo Kyiv and Partizan Belgrade regarding the restrictions on the admission of fans to the upcoming matches of the teams in the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League, which we have already reported about, has found its official confirmation: the Serbian club has made a corresponding statement.

At the request of Dynamo Kyiv, as the host of the first match, which due to military circumstances in Ukraine is holding its match in Poland, as well as in view of possible incidents between fans, taking into account the relationship between the fan groups of the two clubs, and especially after Partizan's recent trip to the Russian Federation for a soccer tournament, it was decided not to allow the presence of fans of the visiting team in either of the two matches (in Poland and Serbia). This decision was made on the recommendation and in agreement with the local authorities in Poland, as well as on the recommendation and approval of UEFA.
In accordance with the agreement reached, FC Partizan will not sell tickets for the match in Lublin to its fans and urges them not to travel independently to Poland.
Dynamo Kyiv will adhere to the same agreement and will not have the support of its fans at the match in Belgrade, which the club is entitled to, despite the fact that Partizan will be under UEFA sanctions (ban on admitting adult spectators to the stands, excluding fans of the visiting team - ed.).
This decision was taken primarily to ensure the safety of all participants in the upcoming matches and to prevent potential incidents that could particularly affect FC Partizan, which is under UEFA's conditional disqualification. "FC Partizan sincerely believes that this agreement is in the best interests of both clubs and that our fans will accept it with understanding," Partizan said in a statement.
