Romanian journalist Dechebal Radulescu shared his insider information on the air of the soccer show "Football Club" that the UAF is allegedly discussing the possibility of inviting former Dynamo Kyiv head coach Mircea Lucescu to the post of Ukraine national team coach.
"I will tell you here for the first time that I have information that the UAF is discussing the possibility of inviting Mircea Lucescu to the post of head coach of the Ukrainian national team.
I heard that the other day Lucescu received a call from Shevchenko (Andriy Shevchenko, - UAF president - ed.) and now negotiations are underway, which seems fantastic to me, " DigiSport quoted Radulescu as saying.
We must admit that such an insider looks, to put it mildly, strange, because only a few days ago the UAF Executive Committee expressed confidence in the current head coach of the Ukrainian national team Serhiy Rebrov.
