Former Poltava Vorskla striker Serhiy Chuichenko told what he expects from the first match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League between Dynamo Kyiv and Partizan Belgrade, which will be held today in Lublin.
- First of all, I want to say that Dinamo is stronger than the clubs representing Serbian soccer, -Chuichenko is convinced. - Moreover, we have more technical players. I think they will properly adjust to the first game with Partizan, so that they could make the groundwork in it and it would be easier to play in the second game.
- How would you characterize Serbian soccer in general?
- The Serbs play from defense, acting tight and tough, not letting the opponent run wild. I have not seen any bright soccer in the performance of Serbian players (at least in recent years). In their game there is more fighting, one-on-one battles.
I think that in the duel with Dynamo, Partizan will use tactics with an emphasis on defense, trying to catch their chance in counterattacks. However, I repeat: due to the class of players and thanks to good reinforcement in the first game Dinamo must pass the Serbian team.
- Do you dare to make a prediction for the game?
- Of course. 2:1 in favor of Dynamo.
