Borussia Dortmund midfielder Danylo Krevesun spoke about the opponent of the Ukrainian national team in the semifinals of Euro 2024 U-19 - the French team.
Danylo Krevsun- "This is a very strong team - as good as Italy. But there is nothing wrong with France. We beat the Italians, the current winners of the last Euro. If we show the same character and attitude as against Italy, we will get a ticket to the final.
The disqualification of Matkevych, Vashchenko and Ponomarenko is a very serious loss for our team, but we have good rotation players who can replace them. Everyone will play for Ukraine, fight for the blue and yellow colors and give their all to defeat France," Danylo said.
It will be recalled that Ukraine's U-19 national team will play against France in the semifinals of the UEFA Youth Euro on July 25.
