Lukaku rejects Aston Villa's offer

According to Il Mattino, Chelsea's owners have agreed with the Villans on the price for the center forward, but the 31-year-old has blocked the transfer without even discussing personal contract terms.

Lukaku is not going to agree to any other offer except Napoli's. The Serie A club is confident that it can wait to force Chelsea to lower its demands.
