"Aston Villa was ready to meet Chelsea's financial demands for Romelu Lukaku, but the Belgian wants to reunite only with Antonio Conte at Napoli.

According to Il Mattino, Chelsea's owners have agreed with the Villans on the price for the center forward, but the 31-year-old has blocked the transfer without even discussing personal contract terms.

Lukaku is not going to agree to any other offer except Napoli's. The Serie A club is confident that it can wait to force Chelsea to lower its demands.
