Atletico Madrid announced on its official website the signing of Villarreal striker Alexander Serlot.

The parties signed a four-year deal that will run until June 2028. According to transfermarkt, the Matriarchs paid €30 million for the 28-year-old Norwegian.

Last season, Serlot played 41 matches for Villarreal in all competitions, scoring 26 goals and making six assists.
