As Sport.ua has learned, 17-year-old Ukrainian defender Yevhen Ryabokon is on trial at Spanish side Girona.
Ryabokon is undergoing a two-week trial at the level of Girona's youth team. The Catalan club is looking for reinforcements before the start of the UEFA Youth League.
Ryabokon is a graduate of Kolos Kovaliv. After the outbreak of war, he played for the Czech club Slovacko. He was called up to the Ukrainian national team in 2007, but did not go to the U-17 European Championship. He plays as a central defender.
It will be recalled that the youth team of Girona includes former Dynamo and Rukh player Dmytro Melnychenko, and the main team includes Ukraine winger Viktor Tsygankov.
