Former Dynamo and Polissya goalkeeper Denys Boyko expressed his opinion on the performance of Zhytomyr in the new season of the Ukrainian championship.
Denis Boyko- "I think the first season was more about emotions - a historic season in the Premier League, plus we qualified for the European Cups. I wish Polissia to stay at the same level as last season - not to lose their place in the European Cup zone. But it will be harder to do than it was last season. Teams will now tune in differently. In the first year, there could be underestimation, and now it will be the other way around. But I will be rooting for them. I think they will fight for a place in the middle of the standings and in the European Cup zone," Boyko was quoted as saying by UPL TV.
