"Napoli are closing in on a deal with Benfica for the transfer of winger David Neres.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the 27-year-old's agent arrived in Italy to hold talks with Napoli representatives. The Lisbon club is demanding 25 million euros for its player plus 5 million in bonuses.

"Napoli is ready to offer Neres a five-year contract until 2029 with a salary of about 3 million euros per season.
