The third stage will be attended by the teams-winners of the second previous
stage and 7 teams of the UPL clubs participating in the 2024/2025 season, taking into account their
tournament position at the end of the 2023/2024 season (9th to 15th place). The home team is the team that plays in the league below it. If
teams of the same league meet, the host is the team that received an
odd number in the draw (taking into account the requirement of the
stadium category of at least category 3, starting from the 1/4 finals).
The final match of the Ukrainian Cup of the 2024/2025 season is scheduled for May 14, 2025. The city of the final match is to be determined by the UAF Executive Committee.
