We won't talk about whether the referee was right or not, but it resulted in the fact that at the end the opponent was already sagging, did not have time, and Kyiv made two successful substitutions of players who were already tired and strengthened the center of the field.
The Scots sat down, and after two missed goals they were completely lost and could do nothing. Their game is to run forward and shed, but all our sheds were removed, Bushchan played reliably on the outs, and Rangers could no longer run and did not pose a particular threat. In the 70th minute, the Scots tried to run forward, exposing the "rear" - and that's where they got caught. Rangers have no chemistry, no middle of the field, unlike Dynamo.

- For Scottish football, there would be no two yellows. They are used to playing like that. And so - the referee decided to make a warning in both episodes and this removal helped us a lot. They lost a player who was "gnawing" and holding the middle of the field. It was noticeable that he was missing at the end of the match. Pikhalenok calmly walked to where he was supposed to be met and scored a great goal. On this wave, the second goal was scored and Rangers were already "sitting down". Then the game went to the end.
- Which of the Kyiv players can you single out?
- The whole team played at a good level. Someone more, someone less. Everyone fulfilled all their tasks. True, Vanat could have scored in the end to be sure, but that's just the way it is.
- How important is Yarmolenko in the starting lineup?
- Andriy is an experienced player. He knows that he will definitely work his 60 or 70 minutes. He is the leader of the team and a very important player. It's good that he was given a rest in the Ukrainian championship.
- What needs to be improved in the next CL match?
- If Rangers is a team that runs, then there will be opponents who both run and play football. We have gaps in our defense, we need to close them. The Ukrainian championship showed that as soon as the team relaxes a bit, problems immediately appear.
