Premier League newcomer Southampton is close to loaning Chelsea's talented midfielder Leslie Ugochukwu, journalist David Ornstein reports.
Leslie UgochukwuAccording to the source, the Saints have approached Chelsea with a proposal to rent Ugochukwu for one season. The Londoners do not mind this scenario, as they consider the 20-year-old midfielder to be promising and do not want to sell him. The parties will hold additional negotiations in the near future.
It should be added that Leslie Ugochukwu's current agreement with Chelsea runs until the summer of 2030.
