Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Anton Tsarenko, who recently moved on loan to Lechia from Gdansk, played his first match for his new team.
The 20-year-old footballer was included in Lechia's application for yesterday's match of the 5th round of the Polish championship with Puszcza, and in the 58th minute of the match he came on as a substitute. Tsarenko's successful debut for the team from Gdansk can not be called successful: he did not distinguish himself, and "Lechia" at the same time lost badly - 1:4.
We would like to add that in this match in Lechia played four more Ukrainian legionnaires - Bohdan Sarnavskiy, Ivan Zhelizko, Maxim Hlan and Bohdan Vyunnyk. The Ukrainian Roman Yakuba scored a double for "Puscha".
Sergiy Buletsa, whom Lechia also rented from Dynamo Kyiv, played this game in the reserve.
