Milan striker Alvaro Morata shared his emotions after his debut match in Serie A with the Rossoneri. Paulo Fonseca's men were close to a home defeat in the first round of the season, losing 2-0 until the 88th minute.
"I don't think it was a great debut because we didn't win and we wanted to send a message. I think we did send a message because the team was practically dead and we did change it. If there were five more minutes, we would have won. However, we have to go back to work in Milanello and change our mentality because we need to win at home," Morata told Sky Sport Italia.
It is worth noting that the Spaniard appeared on the field in the 60th minute and scored Milan's first goal at the very end of regular time.
