Our independence is the highest value that Ukrainians fight for every day on the battlefield. For 10 years we have been standing firm. Today I am in Kharkiv. This city, like every other city, town, and village in Ukraine, is withstanding the enemy's attack and standing firm.
We thank our heroes and heroines, our defenders, each and every one of them who stood up to defend our freedom.
Today we celebrate the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine's independence. We, Ukrainians, have always been and will always be a free people. Together we are one team, where everyone does everything possible for our common victory.
