Andrey Nedelin, CEO of Metalist 1925, commented on the club's purchase of Olympic champion Olga Harlan's saber at an auction held by Sergey Prytula's charity fund for UAH 10,000,000.

Of course, we are very unhappy with what Russia is doing. I think we will win soon, and everything will be fine, and peaceful times will come. As for the auction, it is a great honor for us to buy such a lot. Olga is a multiple Olympic and world champion, and we are proud to have this saber today. But, above all, we are proud to be able to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine by purchasing this lot," Nedelin was quoted as saying on Metalist 1925's official website.
The funds will be used to purchase ShaBlya robotic systems that destroy the enemy remotely and, accordingly, help save the lives of Ukrainian soldiers and bring our victory closer.
