"Arsenal announced on its official website the transfer of Real Sociedad and Spain midfielder Mikel Merino.
Mikel Merino. Photo by @ArsenalThe 28-year-old midfielder signed a four-year contract with the Gunners until June 2028. The transfer is estimated at approximately 32 million euros plus bonuses.
"Merino is a player who will bring us new quality with his experience and versatility. He has played at a high level both at club and international level for many seasons. Mikel will significantly strengthen our team with his technical qualities as well as his strong and positive character.
