Former Dynamo Kyiv footballer Volodymyr Yezersky shared his impressions of his former team's two-match confrontation with Austrian Salzburg (0:2, 1:1) in the play-off round of the Champions League qualification.

It's a shame, because the rejuvenated Salzburg didn't give the impression of an unbeaten team, but, I repeat, the Dynamo themselves are to blame for the early exit, as they were too generous to the Austrian club in Lublin.
Still, I think Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's charges deserve a kind word for their performance in the early stages of the Champions League. The Kyivians have improved in most components of the game, they are focused on offensive soccer. In my opinion, Dynamo have every chance to make a loud statement in the Europa League. Of course, provided that there are no personnel losses," Yezersky said.
