On Saturday, August 31, Dynamo U-19played a match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Youth Championship. Igor Kostyuk's wards met with Cherkasy LNZ. Like the previous match with Vorskla Poltava, our team played this match at home, it took place on the field of the NTB Dynamo in Koncha Zaspa.

It should be noted that after four rounds, Dynamo scored ten points and were in second place in the standings, while LNZ had not yet gained a single point and was in the last 16.
Dynamo started the match actively and in the first minutes created several dangerous chances at the visitors' goal. First, our guys earned a corner kick, and after a cross into the penalty area, Korobov's header was slightly off target. Soon after, Andriyko almost scored after a cross from Dykyi. Later, tension arose regularly at the opponent's goal. After another corner kick by Matkevych, Cherkasy fought back, but the ball was picked up by Kyiv, the sphere was delivered to Gerich, and he skillfully hit the corner of Moskovchenko's goal from the penalty area - 1: 0.
A few minutes later, Matkevych received the ball from his partner, ran one-on-one with the goalkeeper and confidently converted his opportunity - 2:0. The whole game took place on the other side of the field, the "white and blues" conducted attacks for every taste, allowing the LNZ players to approach their own goal a few times.
Peikrishvili could have made it a big score, but he missed from a favorable position. Gerich made the fans grab their heads, who by some miracle could not close Matkevich's flank pass from a couple of meters. What Vladyslav failed to do, his partner Peikrishvili was able to do very soon, as he managed a wonderful long-range shot from outside the penalty area - 3: 0.
Soon after, the fourth ball was in the visitors' goal - Salenko took advantage of a mistake by the opposing defenders and sent the ball straight to the target with a great shot - 4:0. It makes no sense to describe how many chances our team created at the other team's goal, except for those that were converted into goals, because there were an incredible number of them.
In another moment, Osypenko, thanks to his individual skill, took over the game, dealt with the defenders and scored the fifth goal from the left corner of the goal area with a good shot. In the 40th minute, Gerich scored a double, taking advantage of a good pass from Salenko and making it 6-0. It will be recalled that this result was recorded in Dynamo's home match with LNZ last season. It seems that this time the Kyiv team wanted to build on their success. And they did it in the time compensated for in the first half, when Peikrishvili found an opportunity to strike and beat the goalkeeper - 7:0.
In the second half, our team continued to control the game and the ball and did not leave the Cherkasy possession. Lucin, Gerich and Korobov took shots on goal, Redushko made sharp shots into the penalty area, Kremchanin actively connected on the flank - in short, chances to score for Dynamo were falling like a cornucopia. Not surprisingly, the hosts soon scored again - the author of the hat-trick was Gerich, who figured out the best way to get into the other team's penalty area and sent the ball into the net with a powerful shot - 8: 0.
Immediately after that, the White and Blues took two more consecutive corners, but the guests fought back. Kremchanin made a great pass on the right, but Redushko lacked just enough to close the far post in a fall. Peikrishvili threw the goalkeeper over with a good shot, but the ball flew over the crossbar. A few minutes later, Lobko failed to realize a one-on-one with the goalkeeper. Shortly before the final whistle, Lobko took advantage of Korobov's pass, ran into the free zone and sent the ball into the far corner with a light touch - 9-0. And the final score in the match was set by Kremchanin, who was rewarded for his efforts and scored with a well-aimed shot from the bottom.
In stoppage time, the referee awarded a penalty kick to Dynamo, but Surkis managed to cope with Veligorsky's shot and parried the ball.
The result was 10-0, a more than convincing victory for the White and Blues.
It should be noted that Dynamo U-19 will play its next match in the youth championship after a pause due to national team matches. Ihor Kostiuk's wards will play away to Luhansk's Zorya.
