Ukrainian coach Roman Grigorchuk's start as coach of Azerbaijan's Neftchi proved to be a failure.

The 56-year-old took charge of this team in June. Since then, Neftchi has played five matches under Grigorchuk, but has never won, drawing four times and losing once.
