Last Monday, the Ukrainian national team officially began targeted preparations for the September matches of the 2024/25 Nations League - against Albania (September 7, Prague) and the Czech Republic (September 10, Prague).
On Sunday, representatives of Dynamo Kyiv traveled to Chisinau from Kyiv, while Shakhtar players set out for the Moldovan capital from Kryvyi Rih. On Monday morning, the UPL players flew to Prague, where they were gradually joined by the legionnaires at the hotel.
On the same day, the team held its first training session, which was attended by players who did not have enough workload at their clubs last weekend and goalkeepers.
