Artem Kravets, advisor to the president of Dynamo Kyiv on the development of children's and youth football, spoke about his work with Ihor Surkis.
Artem Kravets- "When some issue requires his intervention or we need to discuss something with him, we communicate without any problems. He is always ready to help, advise, and is always in the process. But I don't like to bother our president on some minimal issues.
He always controls all the processes. I think it's the right thing to do. It should be so, especially in a club like Dynamo. I feel very comfortable working with him. I think he has done a lot for the club.
There are so many problems in Ukraine, and specifically for Igor Mikhailovich, if we take the various stories with Privatbank and so on. But this man continues to work and do everything for Dynamo Kyiv to develop.
I knew him as a football player, probably in a slightly different light. Now, as a manager, I have a slightly different relationship with the president, but I feel comfortable working with him. I don't know any people who are uncomfortable working with Ihor Mykhailovych at Dynamo Kyiv," Kravets said.
