San Marino national team has won its first ever victory in official matches

In one of yesterday's matches of the 1st round of the League of Nations season-2024/25 San Marino national team took a 1-0 win over Liechtenstein. This victory was the first for the San Marino national team in official matches in history.

Previously, San Marino only once defeated, also Liechtenstein (in 2004), but in a friendly match.

Note that at the moment the San Marino national team occupies the last place in the FIFA ranking of national teams.
