Former journalist Igor Burbas in his Telegram channel published a letter from the President of "Ingulets" Oleksandr Povoroznyuk to the management of the UPL about the removal of the team from the draw of the championship of Ukraine.
"The management of FC "Ingulets" informs you that the stadium "Ingulets Arena" is fully ready to hold a soccer match of the UPL. Documents for the stadium are being prepared for almost three years due to bureaucratic actions in wartime. We do not consider the options of holding matches at other stadiums.
Given the fact that the permission to hold the match has not been granted, FC Ingulets is withdrawn from participation in UPL championship matches", - stated in the official letter of Ingulets.
