The youth national team of Ukraine, which will take part in the qualifying round of Euro 2025 U-19 in November, began a training camp in Switzerland on September 2.
"The Blue and Yellows have scheduled two sparring matches with local peers. The first of them took place in the city of Ville today, September 6.
In the 4th minute, the Ukrainians opened the scoring - after a corner kick, Husol sent the ball into the net on the second attempt. Later, Synchuk doubled the visitors' advantage with a great long-range shot, but before the break the hosts equalized - Longa scored a double.
In the second half, the teams went scoreless, so we have a draw - 2:2. The second sparring match will take place on September 9 (starting at 15:00 in Kyiv).
It will be recalled that this team is preparing for the Euro 2025 U-19 qualifiers. According to the results of the draw of the first stage of the competition, it was in Group 1 along with the Netherlands, Slovenia and Kazakhstan. The mini-tournament will take place in the Netherlands, and the matches will take place on November 13, 16 and 19.
