Today, on September 9, the second friendly match between the teams took place in the city of Ville. In the first half, the Swiss scored twice and missed a penalty kick. In the 71st minute, the Ukrainians reduced the deficit - Lobko took advantage of the goalkeeper's mistake and passed to Vidysh, who sent the ball into the empty net. However, in the end, Dmytro Mykhaylenko's wards still lost - 1-2.
It will be recalled that this team is preparing for the Euro 2025 U-19 qualifiers. According to the results of the draw of the first stage of the competition, it was in Group 1 along with the Netherlands, Slovenia and Kazakhstan. The mini-tournament will take place in the Netherlands, and the matches will take place on November 13, 16 and 19.
