Ukrainian midfielder Viktor Kovalenko refused to move to the Turkish Super League.
Viktor KovalenkoAccording to former journalist Ihor Burbas on his telegram channel, two Turkish clubs offered Kovalenko to sign a contract - Konyaspor and Hatayspor, but the Ukrainian refused.
It will be recalled that since September, the midfielder has been a free agent after terminating his contract with Atalanta. Kovalenko spent the previous season on loan at Empoli.
