The richest league in the world is suing the dominant team, the one that has won the last 4 titles and 6 of the last 7, with a series of 115 charges of financial irregularities, of which 54 relate to providing false information to the league between 2009-2010 and 2017-2018; 14 - failure to provide accurate information on player and coach salaries between 2009-2018; 5 - failure to comply with UEFA economic rules, including financial fair play, in the period 2013-2018; 7 - failure to comply with economic regulations in the period 2015-2018; 35 - refusal to cooperate with the investigation in the period from December 2018 to February 2023.
"City, of course, denies everything. The hearings are expected to last at least 10 weeks.
