Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag and former Mancunian midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo had a serious conflict at one of the team's training sessions.

He did not want to take off the jewelry because earlier, when the team was managed by Sulcher and then Rangnick, Ronaldo wore an earring during training.
As a result, ten Hag turned to his assistant, Steve McClaren, to resolve the issue with the footballer. Ronaldo agreed to take off the precious jewelry, which cost a thousand pounds, and threw the earring into the bushes.
Later, Ronaldo scandalously left United as a free agent. The club terminated his contract after he defiantly left the bench during a match at Old Trafford.
