Veres' sporting director Yuriy Gabovda reacted to the controversial penalty that was awarded to his team in the match against Polissya in the 6th round of the Ukrainian championship.
Yuriy GabovdaIn the 58th minute of the match, with the score tied at 1-1, a very controversial penalty kick was awarded to Veres for allegedly playing with the hand of the visiting defender Protasevych in his own penalty area. Nazarenko converted the penalty kick, giving Polissya a 2-1 victory.
"Ms. Monzul, how long do we have to wait for changes? We are already 'tired' of different interpretations for 'different' teams," Gabovda wrote on his Instagram page.
