After the Veres vs Ingulets match in the 7th round of the Ukrainian championship, the visitors' manager Vasyl Kobin had some complaints about the refereeing of the match. Myroslav Stupar, a former FIFA referee and now a reputable expert, assessed the work of referee Dmytro Kubryak in Rivne.

When the penalty kick went through, the visitors' goalkeeper Oleksandr Palamarchuk forgot that he had no right to leave the goal line before the kick. Therefore, Veres forward Marko Mrvaljevic was given a second attempt, which he took advantage of to equalize the score. And since these violations by Ingulets players were obvious, the referee and VAR referee Denys Reznikov reacted quickly.
So far, in the matches of the 7th round that have already taken place, the refereeing teams have coped with their duties," Stupar said.
