Sport.ua has learned that Viktor Skrypnyk, the former coach of Metalist 1925, has no plans to return to work. After resigning from the Kharkiv club, Skrypnyk returned to Germany, where his family lives.
The coach wants to take a break from work and relax. During the winter break, Skrypnyk is ready to consider options for continuing his coaching career. However, he does not have any specific job offers at the moment. With the right offer, Skrypnyk is ready to work in Ukraine again.
For the last 5 years, Skrypnyk has been coaching in Ukraine. First he headed Zorya, then Vorskla. Since the beginning of 2024, he has coached Metalist 1925. After losing a head-to-head match for the right to play in the UPL to Left Bank, he resigned.
