Stanislav Rebrov, the father of the outstanding former Dynamo striker, former coach of our team and now head coach of the Ukrainian national team Serhiy Rebrov, passed away at the age of 86. Dynamo President Ihor Surkis expressed his condolences on the bereavement:

Please accept my deepest and most sincere condolences on the irreparable loss - the death of your father Stanislav Ivanovich.
A wise, kind, intelligent, sincere and caring man has passed away. A father who, together with his wife Alla Vasylivna, raised a wonderful son - a hardworking, responsible, decent person, a professional in his field, wholeheartedly devoted to football - has gone to better places. Thanks to his father's upbringing, Serhiy Rebrov inscribed his name in golden letters in the history of Dynamo Kyiv and became an idol of millions of football fans and brought many victories to Dynamo Kyiv.
On behalf of our club and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the Rebrov family in connection with this tragic event - the death of a loved one. We bow our heads and grieve with the family and friends of the deceased. May the bright memory of Stanislav Ivanovich remain forever in the hearts of those who knew, loved and respected him.
