Famous journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano has explained why Chelsea London refused to negotiate the sale of their Ukrainian midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk last summer.
- "Chelsea didn't want to start negotiations to sell Mudryk in the summer because the club continue to believe in the player and his potential. It is clear that he needs to prove himself, but Chelsea want to see progress in what they are doing together with the player.
Mudryk changed agents in the summer but it wasn't to secure a transfer, he is fully focused on Chelsea. His performances now will greatly influence what comes next," The Daily Briefing quoted Romano as saying.
