"Genoa, which has won the Italian championship nine times, is up for sale along with other clubs owned by 777 Football Group.
"GenoaCEO Andres Blasquez said that Genoa, like all other 777 Football Group clubs, is up for sale. Several investors are currently considering investing in the Genoa team.
"There are at least three or four groups that have shown interest, seeing Genoa as a good investment opportunity, especially because the economic situation is better than when 777 Football Group acquired the club," Blasquez said.
In addition to Genoa, the 777 Football Group holding includes Standard, Vasco da Gama, Hertha and Red Star.
